I decided to drive down there to drop off my wheels, but the person there would not let me because the tires had not yet arrived. So after tracking the order to the store, I drove down again; this time they found most of my order...one of the tubes was misplaced and it took a while for them to track it down. They also could not find a form that I was supposed to fill out for them to do the work. Overall, I’d say this store is disorganized and could use a good cleaning. "

"I went to get the Hotwired heated riding system. The staff was very helpful and made sure I got the correct sizes. When I got home, I found a piece was missing. A quick call to the store and they had the missing part on hold at the counter for me. When I picked it up the next day, plenty of apologies. The way I see it, things happen, it's how you handle the situation that makes the difference. They handled it wonderfully. That's why I'm a repeat customer."
