"I recently visited your site, and had trouble processing my order, I tried and tried, and when all hope was lost Ana Ryan took time from her personal time and went out of her way since it was the weekend to help me. The fact that it was past working hours and you were closed, didn't stop her professionalism, she still helped me. I am beyond grateful, this was a birthday present for my husband and she made it her priority to help me. Needless to say, he is happy, he got the watch overnight. I didn't realize it, since all I got were cancelation emails, until I saw my balance and only once was I billed, after many attempts were processed, my bank account I thought would be drafted every time, but thanks to Ana it wasn't. Thank you Ana, you stumbling upon my so many cancelled requests saved the day. I am most thankful, needless to say my husband and I are most impressed with your superb customer service. We will definitely return. Oh, and your coupon for $10.00 was such a treat, thank you once again. You are a blessing to your employer.

"I've been pleased so far. Order was shipped in a timely fashion and was as described. I had a problem and had to contact them for warranty issues. Email responses with Millie and Ana were prompt and courteous. I'm sending the watch in for assessment now and will update the review once everything is handled. Happy with them so far. "

"Just purchased a Philip Stein dual time watch. Have been looking at them for a few a years. I dealt with Ana. She was very polite, even offered a $25 coupon when I mentiond I had seen the identical watch for a bit less somewhere else. Watch arrived in great shape, in original PS box. So far so good. I registered the warranty online just in case I need it. Hopefully not, though. I love it and will go back to Dexclusive for additional watch bands. "

"I bought a Suunto D6i dive computer watch from Dexclusive. The watch failed after 3 weeks. I contacted Dexclusive's support: at first they tried to blame me, they made me read the whole manual again and watch some videos (I think they were just making time), then they finally acknowledged the problem. They asked me to send it back at my expenses for "repair" (Repairing a "new" watch? No replacement?). Here I am still waiting for my "new" and expensive watch to be glued and repaired.
I contacted Suunto and learned DEXCLUSIVE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED SUUNTO DEALER.
Worst buy ever.

"This is a great retailer - their customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend shopping with Dexclusive.

When my wife decided that the watch I had ordered for a special occasion was too big for her, I needed to return it. Unfortunately, I was far past the 30-day return window because I had purchased the watch well ahead of time. After some brief correspondence, Dexclusive accepted my return with no problems. Their returns department and customer service are amazing!

"I'm very happy with my purchase. The delivery was prompt and the watch is brand new with the original box and manuals. Why pay full price at Macy's, Bloomingdales or any other store or online store where you can save 33% off. Regarding the warranty if anything goes wrong Dexculsive will fix it."

"I bought last month a watch for my husband, SEIKO, very nice watch, nice package, works sharp, only 3 seconds forward per day.
