"The team at Anchor Express really goes the extra mile! Last Friday I placed my first order 3 hours after their noon cutoff time for next day delivery. I was pleasantly surprised a few hours later to receive an email notifying me that my item was shipped out a couple hours after the order was placed and I received my item 1 day early thanks to their quick processing follow through. On a Friday after 3pm a lot of vendors would have waited until Monday to work on this online order, but not Anchor Express. This company treats you like family. Totally impressed with their exceptional commitment to their customers."

"I bought a fish finder from Anchor Express. I did not install it until the weather warmed up. So when we opened the box, there was a damaged part (looked like a manufacturing issue). I called the manufacture, they said I needed to call Anchor Express (short . Anchor Express has a 30 day policy, which I had not even considered when I bought it and waited to install. A wonderful person named Rose at Anchor Express listened to my situation, she did ask me to reach out to the manufacture again, which i did, but said if you do not get anywhere please call me back. I got nowhere with the manufacture, so I called Rose back, she worked with me, I sent pictures and within one week I had a replacement part for my defective part. Sorry to say, but nowadays, customer service is usually very poor. Not in this case, Rose and Anchor Express gets and A++. "

"I ordered a radar and GPS. Quality Raymarine items. GPS came right away. I installed it in the boat waiting for the radar unit. A month and a half go by and no radar or update. Spoke to Raymarine and anchor express. Anchor express is misleading on what they can actually supply. Raymarine is untruthful on supplying as well. "

It had the best price by far and the best shipping so I took a chance and ordered it. The pump arrived the next day and was immediately installed. All worked well and I was greatly pleased."
"I recently purchased a Raymarine A98 from Anchor Express and cannot sing their praises high enough. The price was so incredible I called Raymarine to see what they thought and replied the were authorized and a good dealer. I went ahead and pulled the trigger with some trepidation. There was some delay as it was MLK birthday holiday but the very next day it was shipped and I received it promptly. I chatted once online with Rob and was treated very well and assured I would receive a tracking number that evening...which I did. After receiving the unit I first thought that the power cable was left out of the CP200 and called AE and spoke with Rose who was very courteous and helpful. I was assured the cable would ship soon. Later that same day I discovered the power cable in the liner under the CP200 ....I immediately contacted AE to inform them and again was treated with courtesy and respect. I will continue to do business with AE as they have shown me to be reliable and trustworthy. Some of the bad reviews I have read seem unjustified in regard to items being in or out of stock etc. "

"I paid for a Garmin Bluechart Vision Chip for my new GPS and had it sent via next day shipping as I needed it for my vacation which I was leaving for the end of the week. I recvieved the shipping update and it contained the order number and not the UPS tracking number. My order had not arrived by the 18th so I decided to call them. they said UPS did not deliver because there was not a suite number on address. I have shipped many items to this same address and never had this problem. So now, I am told I am out of the next day shipping fee and UPS is going to charge Anchor Express a return fee and I will be required to pay for all of the shipping cost. Should have bought through Amazon for $10 more and if there would have been this problem Amazon would have taken care of the issue. "
"I chose to write this review because I was at first skeptical with the telephone sales reps. I placed the comment on my May 27 order to "cancel my order if it was not in stock for next-day shipping". To my delight, the unit (Lowrance HDS-9 Gen2 Touch) was shipped on May 28 and delivered on May 29. Due to the discounted price, I was initially also skeptical that the item would be brand new. Again, to my delight, the unit performed flawlessly right out of the box during our Chesapeake Bay fishing trip June 1-7, 2013. Thank you, Rose (telephone sales rep) for getting everything right for me. And thank you, Rob, for assuring me, in a follow up call, that the item would arrive on May 29.
