"I purchase Ralph Lauren Polo Perfume which was on sale and after 3 days Amazon cancelled my order and say there was a glitch on the price. They should forfeit the price and supply me the item for price agreed. Void this company they are a big cheating company and don’t keep to there words. I call to complain and was put on hold for 40 min and I had to call back. "

"I as a prime member have been using Amazon for years. The customer services at Amazon are getting worse and worse. This is how I feel over years whenever I had issues with my orders. This morning, I saw my package was placed on the street where hundreds of people daily pass by. Luckily, it was there; nobody took it. But, it is not a safe place to be delivered. It is a business place located in front of train station in NY. So, I wanted to let Amazon know this issue of delivery, and hoped my report could help them not happen this kind of issue in the future, as well as with other customers. The first representative was good; She listened to me, and said she would report this issue, and make a special instruction on my delivery for the future. Then, she transferred me to her manager, Monica. I don't understand why she transferred me to Monica because she told me what I wanted to hear.But, when I began to talk to the manager, Monica, I realized the manager did not care about my issue. In the very beginning of conversation, she did not say anything for a while, so I thought I was disconnected. Then, I said "Hello" twice, and then, I could hear a clearing voice. So, I introduced myself. Then, she introduced herself. She knew why I was transferred to her, but she asked me "how can I help you?". So, I asked her if she wanted me to explain the whole story again. She said no. Then, she blamed on me about this issue. She said I should have put an instruction of delivery on my order. Her attitude of talk and interaction with me was unprofessional, and disrespectful. Her way of talk accelerated my negative feelings of the issue. I told her it would be a common sense not placing my package on the street hundreds of people passing by. She did not care about my issue, and words. She repeated what she said to me before: "You should have put an instruction of deliver on your order." I was wondering if it was how she was trained as a manger with handling customers' complaints.Amazon is now an unbeatable online market in the US. But, if they keep losing their control of quality of customer services, and failing the managing people, like hiring that unprofessional lady as a manager in the customer service department, I think Amazon is losing their future, and success. I believe dooming a business happens from a tiny small hole like a pin-size one. I might be a pin-sized customer for Amazon. But, I am not the only one if Amazon keeps doing this. "
I was promised a refund by amazon , now they refuse it.
"I order a mattress cover. I was sent the wrong size. The mattress cover was sent in a 6 foot huge box and it was vacuum seal. So when I opened it , it was 10 times bigger. To my surprise they have sent me the wrong size . I have call amazon many of times about this item . I have no way of sending it back, because I can not get back in the box. I have no use for this. Amazon refuse to tell me how to repack it to ship it back or give me a refund. Then after days of calling finally a amazon rep promise me I would get a refund for my trouble. I ask her twice she said yes I would. Just to make sure I called back and ask a second amazon rep she said yes you are getting a refund. The next day I am told I am not, they cant help me with shipping it back either. I am stuck with something I have to pay for that I have no use for. Will not ever shop with amazon again. They very rude and not honest ."

"I have heavy metal toxicity. And read that infared saunas detox heavy metals well.Sauna went together well, the instruction page should be much bigger, hard to see clearly the instructions. Note: hook up the leg panels electrically but don't install until AFTER you put the bench seat on, and the screws for the seat have too small a head. Other than that it works well, only had it a few days, and it is actually a beautiful piece!"
Worthless company wants to make you buy Prime so they delay your package is 5 to 7 days before shipping out if you don't have Prime
"I just don't understand why it takes Amazon so long to ship out products if you have Prime they ship it out within 24 hours if you go with the free shipping they ship it out 5 to 7 Days Later this way it make you bye their Prime. I can go to Walmart or jet or any other company and they ship it out within 24 hours so I have called them multiple times about this but it seems like it doesn't help so I have decided not do business with Amazon no more until they change their policy maybe if everybody does this they'll change there policy or maybe it will make them go out of business and would just start shopping at Walmart and jet"

"I placed an order with almost 10 days ago and it still has not shipped. I cancelled it because it would not arrive by the 19th. Their prime is a ripoff. No one sits on an order for 10 days and should not have to pay 100 dollars extra just so you can process the order within a couple days instead of sitting on it for 10 days. "

"I ordered a product 7 months ago, I still have not received it or a refund, they won't resolve this issue until my other issue is resolved on a recent purchase. My recent purchase involved them sending me a wrong item as soon as they discovered they sent the wrong item I was disconnected with the online chat (with Josie) and then I was connected with another representative (Ansu) that told me she couldn't access my account because I gave her the wrong info, my first/last name and mailing address. They had no desire to refund my money for a product I never received and for sending my the wrong product. They will conveniently disconnect the online chat with you and have another person from customer service come on and tell you that you're giving the wrong personal information to access your account and they can't help you. Funny thing is the 1st representative (Josie) was able to access my account with only my first and last name but the 2nd representative told me I didn't give her my correct name. SHAME on YOU AMAZON! You've got your SCAM down to an ART FORM"

Amazon marketplace is a wild west of non-vetted fraudulent vendors
"I purchased a 65 inch SUHD TV through Amazon.com. I purchased within their marketplace sector of their website. The TV was delivered damaged. Amazon has refused to help.Here is the main problem.Amazon marketplace is a wild west of vendors that apparently have no vetting process and some are not even companies. This was my experience. I purchased the TV from a vendor called Infinity Loop. Infinity loop initially talked to me and gave me a phone number when i reported the damaged TV. I called and the warehouse didn't even know who Infinity Loop was. I had to explain my purchase from Amazon and the operator directed me to a rep. That rep said they would have get the owner to call back. Well that never happened. They stopped communicating all together. I had to use Amazon messaging (dozens of attempts to get them to respond). I eventually contacted Amazon who gave me a warm and fuzzy about helping me. Well after several supervisors and several warm and fuzzies they eventually said they couldn't help and wouldn't continue to respond. Here is the problem. I received the TV damaged. It's obvious by the pictures it's a forklift punch through the box and into the screen. I asked the driver about the hole in the box and he told me it happens all the time and put my hand through it and check. He assured me the TV's are always fine. I checked and only felt that soft velvety cover they put over the screens. Nothing at all made me think that the screen actually was touched. I was in the process of moving and didn't unpack the well packed TV just to repack it for my move. My mistake. I should have unpacked and checked it. HOWEVER it doesn't change the fact it was delivered DAMAGED. When i unpacked it i saw a small tear (about the size of a dime) in the outer cover. I took the cover off and found the deep gouge in the screen but no cracking or any other visible damage. I plugged it in and the screen was totally unusable. Since then it's been a very disappointing experience with Amazon. No matter what evidence I've sent in regarding the size/shape of the hole fitting a warehouse forklift fork....the link between Mizari and Infinity Loop....the shipping company acknowledging the damage likely happened while in their control (only Mizari can file a claim as the account holder).....my horrible experience trying to work with Amazon customer service......they disappeared and forced me to seek legal advice.I've had to file a small claims case against Amazon to try to get my money back. Infinity Loop doesn't exist. There is no business license for them anywhere. I did research the warehouse and phone number and found out they are actually called MIZARI Enterprises. Mizari denies any knowledge of Infinity Loop. Mizari and Infinity loop have the same address in Commerce CIty, CA and have the same phone number. The shipping receipt has Mizari's address on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. Mizari shipped the TV. The shipping company confirmed this. It's amazing to me that AMAZON is defending MIZARI and their fraudulent marketplace vendor INIFINITY LOOP and not their customer. Amazon marketplace is a huge gamble and risk should anything go wrong."

"I've used Amazon for over ten years. At first I did not have their prime service where you receive free two day shipping but I've since have signed up. It's absolutely the best and always on time if not early. No other company is this fast. Returns and refunds are unprecedented !! If an item is out of stock you'll be informed before you check out and you'll avoid the long waits that you get from other stores that keep this infomation from you until you've paid and waited long passed their promised delivery date. Amazon will be the end of Wal-Mart. "
