Ordering a Breeze
“Ordering was simple and informative. Of my three contacts, two were awesome, one was cryptic. By cryptic, I meant I was IM’ing CSR about radio options and he responded by sending me a link with no explanation, so after waiting in front of a blank screen, I finally had to ask what the link was for. It was like pulling teeth to get answers. When my equipment in two quick days, I called Tech. support. During the convo, our call was disconnected. The Rep. called back and emailed me. Customer Service is a joke
“I bought a shirt there over the summer, drive over an hour to get there. Come home to find the security tag still attached. Called the store to see what they could do for me—they wanted me to drive there to exchange it. TWO HOURS of my precious time (I have 5 children) to exchange because of their mistake. I suggested they send me a return shipping tag via email and once they get their item back they could ship a shirt to replace mine for free. Nope. Never offered me money back either. Called cu...”

Awesome Service and Product
“I’ve been contemplating a Beddy’s order for some time. I’ve only had our set for two days, but I’m kicking myself that I didn’t order sooner. My daughter’s room looks so much neater because it’s easier for her to make her bed. In the past she’d get frustrated not being able to reach or straighten the side of her bed against the wall. This has helped tremendously. Also, the bedding is softer than I anticipated. I’m already considering ordering another set. ”

“This company has surprised me upon many occasions. They honor their warranty return policies, and ship items on their delivery date. If there is a delay it's the carrier, not sender.
